Christina Coates

Christina plays an active role at JCP Solicitors and enjoys contact with clients and the local business community.  Her job is very diverse and no two days are ever the same, but Christina particularly excels in event management and digital communications. Christina has experience handling MailChimp and Eventbrite software, understands CMS systems and enjoys working with social media. She is currently working towards her CIM certificate in marketing.

Christina was appointed the Administrator for Swansea Bay Business Club from June 2015 to August 2018 and still plays an active role in their event management. This involves coordinating their west Wales events, digital communications and data management. JCP CEO Hayley Davies was the Club’s President, and JCP Marketing Director Amy Seppman is the Club’s Events coordinator for the Swansea Region.

Christina initially joined JCP in 2006 as a Trainee Legal Secretary in the Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Team dealing primarily with work involving Agriculture.  Having completed her NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and an ILM 2 Certificate in Team Leader Management, Christina further developed her role to become the firm's Marketing Assistant in 2012, Marketing Coordinator in December 2013 and then Senior Marketing Coordinator in January 2018. Christina undertook training in 2015 to become a Dementia Friend. A Dementia Friend learns more about what it is like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action. 

Out of work Christina enjoys Crossfit, yoga, travelling, walking her two dogs (Bruno and Moo's), and spending time with her family and friends.
