"Finding a good work-life balance and being able to continue to do the things you love is key to being happy and healthy when you have a busy job and JCP are always right there supporting us. I feel like I can switch off when I leave the office and focus on spending time with friends and family, doing the things I love. I am part of the local netball team and enjoy training, playing and spending time socially with my team. I feel like this has really helped improve my physical  health as well as my mental health, something that JCP really encourage looking after. I love walking (living in Pembrokeshire, how could I not!) so it’s nice to be able to log off from work on time and catch the end of the day, taking in the fresh air after a day in the office."
