"I have worked at JCP for over 18 years, when I joined back in 2003 I was the mother to a 1-year-old and my husband worked shifts. From the outset, JCP  enabled me to change my working pattern to support me to be able to do this. At 2 years old my daughter was diagnosed with Leukaemia and the support from JCP was amazing; without notice, if she spiked a temperature we would be in the hospital yet JCP supported me through this challenging time.

I was always mindful to make the best of my working day and to ensure that everything could be handed over and picked up if I was not in that day – there were no laptops or mobile emails then! Fast track to now, and JCP continues to support me in achieving a happy work-life balance which enables me to leave work on time and go out and run, and train this year for my first two ever marathons.
