"As a busy mum working full time and studying, I feel very grateful to work for a firm that actively promotes work-life balance and allows me to for example pick my children up from school on their birthdays rather than having to go to their usual afterschool clubs on their special day, or to attend school events so I never miss a sports day or school concert.

JCP also has an internal support group for those of us that are studying alongside working full time, meaning we have the support of others that are in a similar position in the firm. JCP also arrange training sessions for the use of legal databases etc. to aide with our legal studies. Feeling supported in the work place is so important, JCP extends this to beyond office life."
