Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS)

Our Residential Property team has been recognised through accreditation of The Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme. CQS provides a recognised quality standard for residential conveyancing practices and focuses on; the integrity of the Senior Responsible Officer and other key conveyancing team members; the firm's adherence to good practice management standards; and the adherence to prudent and efficient conveyancing procedures through the scheme protocol.
