Ben joined the team at JCP in January of 2019 initially as a Licensed Conveyancer within our Residential Property team, before moving to our Commercial Property team in July 2021 as a Legal Advisor. Ben provides a variety of Legal Services for the Commercial Property team such as dealing with Freeholds, Leaseholds and Re-Mortgages. Ben enjoys providing an efficient legal service to clients whilst also being there for them to assist with any queries. Ben prides himself in gauging his clients’ needs and understanding to help tailor a better legal service for them.
Ben graduated from Plymouth University in 2012 obtaining a 2:1 in BSc (Hons) Law with Business before going on to graduate from Swansea University in 2013, obtaining a Distinction in the Graduate Diploma in Law. Ben continued to add to his qualifications by becoming a qualified Licensed Conveyancer in April 2018. As well as his studies, Ben also has a number of years’ worth of experience in conveyancing, having worked in the field since 2014.
An avid Swindon Town FC fan, Ben enjoys watching football, rugby & cricket, as well as spending time with his fiancée Jade, and his children Oliver and Poppy. Ben also enjoys going on long family walks with their Border Collie George & Chihuahua Rose.
