Charlotte is the Supervisor of the Central Services team who assist all the legal teams across JCP Solicitors.
Reporting directly to our Business Resources Director, Charlotte’s main responsibilities include: making sure that the team are keeping to the agreed service levels, assisting with a variety of tasks that crop up daily within the team and dealing with any complaints and queries. Charlotte also recruits and trains new team members and handles any issues that may arise.
Charlotte obtained her Law degree from Swansea University in 2013. Charlotte previously worked as a Legal Secretary and Paralegal for many years before joining JCP Solicitors in a supervisory capacity.
