Chris is predominantly a specialist in Healthcare and Commercial Property Law, with considerable experience in acting for Dentists and Pharmacists buying and selling practices throughout England and Wales. Alongside this, Chris also acts for Opticians, GP's and funders who lend for healthcare projects.
Chris is a long-standing member and the lawyers chairman of NASDAL (National Association of Dental Accountants & Lawyers) and has used his connections, expertise and experience to build a large portfolio of Dental, Pharmaceutical and other healthcare sector clients throughout England and Wales. His team at JCP help find the right legal solutions for both practice owners and buyers. Chris and the team have good connections with dental accountants, agents and funders and work with them to try and achieve the best result for the clients. Chris’s experience means he understands the issues that face healthcare practitioners and his legal knowledge of this sector is considered by JCP as being without equal in Wales.
Chris has worked in a variety of leadership roles at JCP, applying his experience to successfully build teams with property and healthcare-related interests.
Chris is the immediate past president of the Swansea Law Society and has been singled out for healthcare-related matters in the Legal 500 2023 edition.
In his spare time, Chris is a rugby coach, a keen golfer and a Welsh learner.
