Hi, I am Claire . I am a Senior Associate Solicitor in our Family Team based in our Swansea office and have specialised exclusively in private family law matters since 2005.
I am very experienced in divorce and complex and challenging financial remedy cases, particularly high net worth cases involving businesses, farms, pensions, trusts and cases with an international element. I also regularly acts for clients in negotiations and the drafting of pre and post nuptial agreements/asset protection.
I am also experienced in advising and representing clients in applications for financial provision brought under Schedule 1 Children Act 1989.
I am passionate about securing the best outcome for my clients and I am very experienced in negotiations and representing clients engaged in Court proceedings and have a superb technical understanding of the law relating to financial remedies.
I started my career with Smith Llewelyn Partnership in 2003 and joined JCP in March 2020.
Outside of work, I am a busy mum to 3 children and enjoy walking and reading if and when I have any spare time!
