Eleri advises both private and corporate clients on all aspects of commercial property matters such as leases, licences, lease extensions, sales and acquisitions and receivership sales. Eleri has particular expertise in dealing with both sales and acquisitions of caravan parks.
Eleri primarily deals with securities work for panel-based national lenders from deals ranging from £100,000 to those in excess of £1 million to facilitate the acquisitions of commercial property, land and agricultural property. She either deals with matters on a joint representation basis or solely on behalf of the lender. Eleri also assists the healthcare team with property-related matters, dealing with securities work on behalf of a national lender facilitating the acquisition of dental practices.
Eleri became a Senior Associate in October 2022 and accepted the role as Deputy Team Leader of the Commercial Property team in May 2024, supporting legal queries, team development and ensuring the well-being of team members. Eleri is a fluent Welsh speaker and is happy to discuss matters with clients through the medium of Welsh.
