Fay is a dedicated HR Assistant who brings a compassionate approach to her role. Having spent 25 years working with an older person’s charity, Fay developed a passion for engaging with people and offering help wherever possible. Transitioning to HR and joining JCP in 2018, Fay considers herself fortunate to have found a role that she truly loves.
Fay's experience in her prior role, while not directly related to HR, involved many of the same skills she applies today - helping others, managing tasks, and supporting her team. Fay’s warm, people-focused nature and varied experiences have made her a valuable asset to the HR team.
Outside of work, Fay enjoys travelling abroad, gardening and staying active by going to the gym and taking long walks. Family is central to her life, and she cherishes the time she spends with her granddaughter and loved ones.
