James first joined JCP as an Apprentice in 2017 and since then has shadowed our Facilities Officer to take over some of the workload. James is the first point of call for all mail scanning and ensures that all our incoming and outgoing mail reaches where it needs to go.
James also works closely with our Central Services team to assist with day-to-day tasks such as file opening and printing and helps with odd jobs that fall out of the sky in our Swansea office.
James loves to travel and visited 23 of the 50 US states so far, with a plan to complete them all in his lifetime.
