Hi, I am Katie. I am the Deputy Team Leader in our Residential Property team. My role is to ensure that our clients can move home as quickly as possible, using my experience to assist the team in proactively progressing their matters. I have over 15 years of experience working in the residential property field, having qualified as a Licensed Conveyancer in 2011.
I graduated in 2005 from the University of Wales Aberystwyth with an honour’s degree in Law. I then worked for a well-known local law firm whilst completing my Legal Practice course in 2006.
In 2010, I joined Dezrezlegal, a firm solely dedicated to residential conveyancing, working as an assistant between 2010 – 2012. Between 2012 and 2022, following qualification, I worked in a legal role with my own large caseload of residential property transactions, supervising a team of three legal assistants.
Outside of work, I am an active volunteer for my son's rugby team, including assisting with the preparation of match day food on game days and fundraising for the club. I also love cycling with my family, although I admit that I do cheat given that my bike is electric!
