Hello, I’m Keith, and I specialise in maximum severity claims arising from birth and acquired brain injury. I am honoured to be a recognised National Authority in this field having been involved in many of the leading cases in this area of law in Wales.

Over the years, damages recovered for my clients have exceeded £500 million but I am always keen to point out that these monies are not a lottery win. They pay for much-needed property adaptations, wheelchairs, vehicles, therapy, care and support, aids and equipment, together with a myriad of other additional costs.

Not only do I work for individuals, but I have previously been instructed by the Official Solicitor in professional negligence claims against other solicitors arising from the mishandling of maximum severity in clinical negligence and personal injury. This means I am instructed to get justice for individuals and their families who have been let down by the professionals they trusted.

Everyday I am inspired by the resilient survivors of catastrophic injury and their remarkable families. Their achievements never cease to amaze me, and I take pride in the small role I may play in their lives.

As a member of the Law Society's Personal Injury Panel, the Headway Specialist Panel, and a past president of the Swansea & District Law Society, I’ve dedicated more than 30 years to helping those affected by serious accidents.

During this time and as one of the founders of JCP Solicitors, I feel incredibly grateful for my journey and playing my part in the growth and success of our business; from a tiny acorn of 4 partners in 1990, to our current 180 strong team of specialists in various fields.
