Hi, I’m Lynne. As the Head of JCP’s Court of Protection team, I lead our team of experts who, together, aim to achieve a supportive, friendly lifelong relationship with our clients. My background and expertise lie in catastrophic injury, in particular traumatic brain injury claims and the Court of Protection. I understand that compensation is not a windfall and has to provide for a person’s lifetime.
It’s important to me that my clients, their families and the rehabilitation practitioners with whom I work closely after a catastrophic accident are taken care of and understood for not just the immediate future, but long-term, and I regard this as an essential element of the service which myself and the team provide. My team want our clients to feel welcomed and supported throughout the process, and beyond.
I am the former treasurer of Welsh Personal Injury Lawyers and a former member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and I am a past committee member of the South West Wales Brain Injury Group (SWWBIG).
