I am a Trainee Solicitor at JCP Solicitors, currently in my third seat within the Inheritance and Trusts Disputes team, having previously gained experience in Commercial Property and Commercial Services. My training contract has allowed me to develop a well-rounded legal skill set, particularly in property transactions, commercial law, and contentious probate matters.
Prior to my training contract, I worked as a Legal Assistant in the Commercial Property team, strengthening my expertise in property and land law. I hold a 2:1 LLB (Hons) in Law from Swansea University and completed the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University in 2023. I am currently finalising my Masters Research Project, which examines whether the prevention of identity fraud in conveyancing transactions is more effective than a cure, with a focus on the breach of warranty of authority and the role of client due diligence in mitigating financial and legal risks.
Beyond my legal career, I am passionate about fitness and personal development, regularly engaging in CrossFit. I am also committed to learning Welsh as part of my goal to engage more deeply with the local community.
