Tammy is part of the beating heart of JCP Solicitors’ South East Wales offices, having joined JCP in April 2017, following a merger with Glamorgan Law. She is a key organiser, ensuring all our team members in Caerphilly, Cardiff and Cowbridge are happy, motivated, and have the right skills and resources to do their role.
One of Tammy’s strengths is project management and she was instrumental in the successful merger of JCP Solicitors and Glamorgan Law.
Previously Tammy worked with JCP Solicitors’ Director Peter Davies for many years when he was Senior Partner at Glamorgan Law, having worked with him as a Secretary and PA since 2001. She became Practice Administrator at Glamorgan Law in 2015.
Tammy has completed a challenging CILEX qualification and has completed the CIPD (Diploma in Human Resource Management) level 5 qualification.
In her spare time Tammy is a keen runner and likes to go to the gym to help keep her mind and body focused.
