Aaron Francis

Business Support Assistant

Aaron is a Business Support Assistant within our Central Services team, specialising in file opening and assisting the team with ad-hoc jobs such as printing and providing general support to the many teams across the business. Aaron enjoys being able to help across all teams and feels like a valued member of #TeamJCP.

Aaron studied History and Biology at A-Level at Morriston Comprehensive School before joining JCP as an Apprentice. Aaron studied Business and Administration Level 1 and successfully passed the course in March 2024.

Outside of work, Aaron enjoys music, movies and games.
