Alice Rowlands

Currently on maternity leave.
Alice is a Senior Associate Solicitor in the Lifetime Planning team, based in our Swansea office. She provides advice mainly in respect of a variety of Lifetime Planning matters including Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Probate and the administration of estates.

Alice prides herself on her sensitive approach in advising clients during very personal and often difficult times. Alice is focused on ensuring that she is able to make matters as straightforward as possible for clients to provide peace of mind that their affairs are in order.

After graduating from Cardiff University Law School in 2016, Alice then went on to complete the Legal Practice Course with Distinction at Swansea University in 2018.

Before joining JCP, Alice spent 2 years working as a Legal Clerk in a Swansea based firm which specialises in all aspects of Family Law. Alice then joined JCP in September 2018 to undertake her Training Contact and later qualified as a Solicitor in September 2020. Alice has worked in the area of Lifetime Planning since September 2019.

Alice undertook training in 2020 to become a Dementia Friend. A Dementia Friend learns more about what it is like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action. Alice has also undertaken training on building Stroke Friendly communities to understand more about the effects of a Stroke and how to ensure that our advice is more accessible to persons who are living with the effects of a Stroke.

Outside of work Alice enjoys socialising with friends and family, going for walks with her dog and travelling whenever she is able to.
