Caitlin Shell

Business Support Assistant

Caitlin is a Business Support Assistant working in the Central Services team and is part of JCP’s Legal Apprenticeship scheme. Her primary responsibilities include supporting the many teams across the business to open and close files, collecting IDs for clients, and locating original documents. Caitlin is working toward her goal of becoming a qualified solicitor through her apprenticeship.

She was drawn to JCP by the firm’s passion and motivation to grow and succeed. The company's reputation for success inspired her to become part of the team.

Caitlin studied at Cynffig Comprehensive School, completing her A-Levels in June 2024 in Business Studies, Media Studies, and Health & Social Care. She is currently pursuing her Level 3 Paralegal qualification with Trinity Saint David University of Wales.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her family and meeting up with friends.
