Christina Coates

Christina plays an active role at JCP Solicitors and enjoys contact with clients and the local business community. Her job is very hands-on and diverse and no two days are ever the same, but Christina particularly excels in event management, and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external. Christina ensures the businesses marketing strategy is followed as well as tracking the marketing performance and return on investment by preparing and circulating weekly and monthly reports for senior management. Christina also has experience handling MailChimp and Eventbrite software, understands CMS systems and website maintenance.  

Christina was appointed the Administrator for Swansea Bay Business Club from June 2015 to August 2018 working closely with the President. Christina is now part of their Marketing group playing an active role in their event management and marketing activities involving coordinating their events, marketing meetings and event management such as table plans, liaising with venues and members and attending monthly networking events. JCP CEO Hayley Davies was the Club’s Past President (2015 – 2017), and the JCP Marketing Director Amy Seppman is the Club’s President for the Swansea Region for 2024/2025.

Christina initially joined JCP in 2006 as a Trainee Legal Secretary in the Property Litigation / Dispute Resolution Team dealing primarily with work involving Agriculture.  Having completed her NVQ Levels 2 and 3 and an ILM 2 Certificate in Team Leader Management, Christina further developed her role to become the firm's Marketing Assistant in 2012, Marketing Coordinator in December 2013, Senior Marketing Coordinator in January 2018 then Senior Marketing Executive in April 2024. Christina has previously undertaken training to become a Dementia Friend. A Dementia Friend learns more about what it is like to live with dementia and then turns that understanding into action. 

Out of work Christina enjoys yoga, travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
