Jill Bulteel

Director & Head of Family

Jill is a Director and Head of the Family Team. As a Senior Practitioner, Jill works with her clients on highly complex and contentious family law matters. Specialising in divorce, finances and children matters, Jill is often sought after for her wealth of knowledge on Surrogacy Arrangements (traditional and gestational) working on behalf of clients throughout Wales and further afield.

Jill is a member of the Law Society Children Panel and an Advanced Member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel which ensures the highest possible standards are maintained.

Having first been appointed as a Partner of another Welsh law firm in 2001, Jill went on to establish her own law firm which merged with Peter Davies Solicitors in 2010 to become Glamorgan Law. Glamorgan Law and JCP Solicitors merged in April 2017, where Jill took up the position as Head of the Family team in the South East covering the offices in Cardiff, Cowbridge and Caerphilly and now is Head of the Family in South East, Swansea and West Wales.

In her spare time, Jill enjoys walking and spending time with her very active family.
