Joanna Fenoulhet

Joanna is Director of our Lifetime Planning team in South East Wales working in the Wills and Probate team covering both our Cowbridge and Cardiff offices. She deals with matters including primarily administration of estates, preparation of Wills, creation and registration of Lasting Powers of Attorney and consideration of lifetime gifting of assets.

Joanna qualified as a Solicitor in 1992 and has since worked in Cardiff and Cowbridge, in family work earlier in her career, as well as completing the ACTAPS ( Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists) course, moving to non-contentious wills and probate work in 2013. She joined Peter Davies Solicitors in 2007, which subsequently merged to become Glamorgan Law and from April 2017 following a further merger JCP Solicitors.

Joanna is an effective communicator, aiming to be friendly as well as professional while dealing with clients who are frequently at one of the most difficult times of their lives.

She has taken part in several of the Cardiff Legal Walks and undergone dementia friendly training.

In her spare time she enjoys walking, badminton, tennis, learning foreign languages/foreign language cinema and reading as well as spending time with family.
