Lea Marvelley

Lea is a member of our friendly Front of House team in our Swansea office, welcoming clients and assisting both visitors and the legal teams across JCP with their needs. Lea enjoys the daily interactions with clients, striving to make everyone feel welcome and supported.

Lea joined JCP because of the firm's strong reputation and its family-oriented culture. She appreciates being part of a team that values its employees.

Lea's background in healthcare as a Carer has been invaluable in her current role, where she draws on her experience in providing compassionate care and building rapport with clients. This experience has enhanced her ability to connect with clients, ensuring they have a positive experience from the moment they step through the door.

Outside of work, Lea is kept busy by her young boys and enjoys spending time with friends and family.
