Nick O'Neill
Director - Medical Negligence
Nick prides himself on client care and being very approachable to clients. Nick understands that bringing a clinical negligence claim is often a difficult and stressful decision to make. He aims to make the process as straightforward as possible and to take the stress away by keeping clients fully informed throughout.
While Nick is based in our Cardiff office, he regularly works from the Swansea and Caerphilly offices and is happy to see clients across the full range of our offices.
Nick is experienced in a wide range of claims including but not limited to:

Having completed his training contract at JCP Solicitors between 2013 – 2015, Nick re-joined JCP in 2019 having accrued significant experience at leading Cardiff law firms.
Nick is a current member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
In his spare time, Nick enjoys playing tennis, running and spending time with his young family.
