Ruby Shadrach

Hi, I am Ruby, a Business Administrator in the Residential Property team and one of the Legal Apprentices at JCP. I love being able to learn something new every day. Whether it's from my team, in the staffroom, or through my college studies, I am constantly expanding my knowledge.

I first knew I wanted to be part of JCP after attending an open evening, where the welcoming atmosphere made me feel like this was the right place for me. JCP has provided me with the chance to learn on the job, which I find more effective for my learning style. The CILEX course offered here really appealed to me because it fits perfectly with my career dream of working in the legal field. I also appreciate how everyone at JCP is super nice and helpful - I truly feel like I’m part of a team, not just an employee.

Before joining JCP, I achieved 9 GCSEs at Olchfa Comprehensive School and then studied AS levels in Law, Government & Politics, and Criminology at Gorseinon College. I’m now studying for my CILEX Level 3 qualification at Sketty Business Hall, and I’m excited to see how it will help me build my career in the legal profession.

Outside of work, I am a qualified lifeguard and swimming teacher, and I enjoy spending my free time with friends. We love exploring new places, admiring pretty views, and trying out delicious food.
