Sarah Fawkes-Grey

Sarah is an Associate Solicitor in our Catastrophic Injury team, serving clients across the UK. Sarah specialises in claims involving traumatic brain injuries as a result of road traffic accidents, work-based accidents or criminal incidents, known as CICA Claims. Sarah understands the difficulties faced when pursuing such claims and so brings an empathetic service, fully supporting her clients through the process.

Sarah has worked in the Injury Services sector of the legal industry since April 2019, with experience in Personal Injury, Medical Negligence, Court of Protection and Catastrophic Injury. This enables her to bring a broad knowledge of these areas to her day-to-day role.

Sarah graduated from Swansea University in 2019 with a degree in Law and Criminology and went on to achieve a Distinction in the LPC combined with a Masters degree, graduating in 2020.

Sarah joined JCP Solicitors in March 2021 as a Legal Assistant. She went on to gain further experience in the various sectors of Injury Law when she undertook her training contract with JCP in September 2022 before qualifying in March 2024.  

Sarah is an active committee member of the Swansea and District Junior Lawyers Division, having been part of the society since October 2021.
