Legal Assistant - Court of Protection

Hi, I am Siwan and I am a Legal Assistant within the Court of Protection team at JCP Solicitors. I enjoy working with such a kind and friendly team to deliver a compassionate service in helping our more vulnerable clients navigate the legal system.

I graduated from Aberystwyth University in 2023 with an LLB Law degree and completed my LLM in Professional Legal Practice at Swansea University in 2024. I am now studying towards the SQE route to qualification and am set to begin my training contract with JCP in July 2025.

As a fluent Welsh speaker, I encourage liaison with clients in both English and Welsh and I am a proud member of my local Young Farmers Club.

When I’m not busy with work or studies, I enjoy staying active at the gym and socialising with friends.
