JCP Solicitors Advises Thomas Carroll On Delwyn Griffith Acquisition

JCP Solicitors was pleased to advise insurance and wealth management providers Thomas Carroll on its acquisition of Delwyn Griffiths Insurance in Cardigan.

Thomas Carroll Group plc has been trading in Wales for nearly 50 years, plans to press ahead with a seamless business-as-usual approach, keeping the old Delwyn Griffith office open, supported by Thomas Carroll’s well-established site in Haverfordwest.
