Law Firm Advises on £78m in Dental Practice Transactions

A Welsh law firm has advised on dental practice transaction deals with a combined value of £78m in just over four years.

JCP Solicitors, which has offices across south and west Wales with a head office in Swansea, has achieved the total since its specialist healthcare team was established in 2018. 

The figure is set to increase even further as another £25m of dental transactions are due to be completed by the firm later this year.

JCP Solicitors is one of three law firms in Wales to have an associate member of the National Association of Dental Accountants and Lawyers (NASDAL) in its team.
