JCP's Recoveries team has been successfully recovering shortfalls and losses for Lender clients for many years, ranging from residential mortgage shortfalls to recovery of secured and unsecured commercial loans of amounts as much as individually in excess of £1m.

The team provides a full range of recoveries services for its lender clients, including enforcement of guarantee liabilities, advising on insolvency issues and advising on security issues including appointments of fixed charge receivers.
