Associate Solicitor - Medical Negligence - Flexible Location

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and driven Newly Qualified Associate Solicitor to join our Medical Negligence team. The successful candidate will be proactive, supportive and sensitive.

The role will primarily involve:

  • Effectively managing a caseload of claimant medical negligence cases and ensuring that matters are dealt with while maintaining high standards of quality and service; such a caseload may consist of multi-track and High Court pre and post-litigated matters as well as NHS Redress cases
  • Working collaboratively with a team of solicitors, legal assistants and secretaries, in order to achieve an excellent and effective client service
  • Building strong relationships with clients and professional contacts including business development and networking activities

The nature of this role is likely to appeal to a candidate with experience in medical negligence or personal injury work.
