JCP Solicitors Boosts Commercial Expertise With New Appointments

JCP Solicitors is pleased to have strengthened the services it provides to businesses in South Wales with two new recruits, Jessica Lawson and David Goodway, who both bring a wealth of expertise with them.

Jessica Lawson joins as an Associate Solicitor in the highly-regarded Corporate Commercial team. She will support JCP’s business clients focusing on commercial contracts including customer and supplier contracts, consultancy agreements, IP licences and agreements and data protection.

During her previous role at a well-known Cardiff firm, she worked with a variety of national and local businesses on a range of commercial transactions.

David Goodway joins the firm’s Commercial Property team as an Associate Solicitor, with almost a decade of experience in the legal field. David’s expertise will strengthen the firms offering in the South East, where he will work on behalf of landlords and tenants, overseeing acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold properties. He will also work with developers, banks, and building societies, and on acquisition and development funding.
