It is hard to open a newspaper or browse the internet without coming across news of a disciplinary hearing of some kind.  Such hearings have sometimes been of personal, organisational or even national importance!

Prominent members of our team have recently advised a number of leading individuals in respect of disciplinary hearings conducted by the Football Association, Football Association of Wales, Welsh Rugby Union and the Welsh Judo Association.

Further, we work with a variety of stakeholders to advise and educate sportspersons and organisations alike on putting appropriate policies and procedures in place to ensure that no one falls foul of anti-doping rules.

Nevertheless, it is unfortunate that some sportsperson do sometimes innocently fall foul of these rules.  Should that circumstance arise, then we are on hand to advise on the disciplinary process, the consequences of the breach and how best to challenge any adverse decision against you.
